I am driven by my personal mission of transforming workplace cultures in to inclusive spaces where everyone thrives and belong. I am passionate about coaching leaders who are committed to evolve and unfold their human potential. Throughout the years, I have successfully supported leaders in their transformational journeys and empowered them to effectively leverage diversity, reduce bias, promote inclusion and ignite sustainable DEI change in their organizations.
Chris Sansone
Years ago I had a personal awakening about my role in racial discrimination. As a highly advantaged cis-gendered white male, I saw that unconsciously, my own biases were playing out. I wasn’t to blame for them but, it was my responsibility to change them. So now I am committed to doing something about changing how that happens with leaders.
I am a certified coach by the Coaching Training Alliance. For the past 22 years I’ve coached people from all walks of life from CEO’s of multinational corporations, to small business owners, scientists, physicians, celebrities and educators. Among them I have supported and witnessed deep transformations. I apply a coaching model for inclusive leaders to reach their higher purpose, individually and collaboratively.
