Inclusive Leadership Development for Teams
Let's face it:
Organizational leaders often have varying understandings of the benefits of inclusion and different levels of skill in promoting it. This can lead to disagreements, inconsistencies, confusion, and a lack of clear direction for employees, ultimately undermining the effectiveness of DEI initiatives. Additionally, employees may lose trust in leadership if they perceive a lack of genuine commitment to DEI efforts.
The Inclusive Leadership Development program for teams is designed for leadership teams eager to enhance their diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) efforts. It aims to develop a shared understanding and alignment among team members on key DEI concepts and practices.
